65 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 65–85 years; 2.American society of anesthesiologists(ASA) grade I–III; 3.Body mass index (BMI) <=30 kg/m2; 4.Cardiac function grade I–III; 5.Provision of written informed consent by the patient and family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Serious heart or respiratory disease; 2.Serious arrhythmia; 3.Liver and kidney function impairment; 4.Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the medications used in the study; 5.History of chronic pain; 6.Coagulation disorder; 7.Mental illness or a history of dependence on sedative drugs; 8.Lack of ability to understand the visual analogue scale (VAS) system.
