Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Study group: Outpatients and inpatients diagnosed with mental disorders (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder) according to the diagnostic criteria in the International Classification of Diseases, Eleventh Revision (ICD-11). Patients aged 18 years and above; are stable, capable of self-care and informed consent, and not vulnerable, who voluntarily participated and signed an informed consent form and whose general condition was amenable to full examination, treatment, and follow-up. 2.Control group: healthy people of the same age and gender composition, enrolled or recruited by the medical examination centre.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. other serious eye diseases (uveitis, iris redness, glaucoma, hypertensive retinopathy, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachment, retinitis pigmentosa, severe refractive interstitial clouding, high myopia, etc.); 2. serious eye trauma; 3. intraocular surgery (e.g. vitreous surgery, retinal surgery, etc.); 4. end-stage renal disease, combined systemic 5. Unstable blood pressure and blood sugar control; 6. Severe neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease; 7. Head injury with neurological sequelae; 8. Intellectual disability; ? Impaired consciousness and cognitive impairment
