60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Accord with Tavi operation indication; There was no cognitive impairment or mental history before operation; Age 60-80 years old, regardless of gender; ASA score is grade II-III; Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of severe dementia and neuropsychiatric system; Preoperative consciousness disorder or inability to cooperate with the interviewer due to other reasons; ASA grade > grade III; Emergency surgery; Do not agree to participate in this test.
