Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part I: Observation group 1.>=65 years old; 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria of incontinence dermatitis; 3.Informed consent of patients was obtained. Control group 1. >=65 years old; 2. did not have incontinence dermatitis; 3. obtained the informed consent of the patients. Part II: 1. >= 65 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of incontinence dermatitis; 3. Obtain the patient's informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part I: Took probiotics and incontinence drugs within one week. Part II: 1. Combined with hypoalbuminemia; 2. Combined with other serious diseases such as malignant tumor; 3. Combined with severe skin infection and ulceration such as pressure ulcer.
