Age
65 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Elective surgery at the age of 65-85; 2) Body mass index (BMI) 18-30kg/m2; 3) ASA classification I-II or ASA III is well controlled; 4) The estimated intra-operative blood loss is less than 1000ml; 5) The duration of general anesthesia is more than 30 minutes and anesthesia machine is required to control ventilation; 6) No serious liver and kidney dysfunction;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Suffering from serious cardiovascular and respiratory diseases; 2) Patients undergoing cardiovascular, respiratory, liver surgery, and brain surgery; 3) Allergic to the test drug or ingredient; 4) There are contraindications to the test drug; 5) Malignant hyperthermia family history; 6) Patients with known difficult airways; 7) Patients who cannot perform MMSE cognitive function assessment; 8) Joined other drug studies within 3 months before surgery;
