Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with symptoms of angina pectoris such as chest pain or chest tightness etc, clinically diagnosed with coronary heart disease, and agreed to undergo coronary angiography; 2. Subjects with coronary angiography stenosis in 50%-90% (measured by QCA); 3. Agree to undergo intravascular ultrasound IVUS examination; 4. IVUS examination: PB>=70%+NC>=20%;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Platelet count is lower than 10*10^9/L; 2. Preoperative diagnosis of malignant tumor; 3. Life expectancy is less than 1 year; 4. The blood vessels to be included in the study have previously been implanted with stents.
