Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: children between 5-12 years of age, ASA?-? those with a treatment plan including cartilage harvest from three ribs (the 6th, 7th, and 8th) for auricular reconstruction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: the harvest of cartilage less than 3 costal cartilages, an allergy to local analgesics or morphine, the inability to express pain scores because of comorbidities such as mental retardation.
