8 Years to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those with an age range from 13 to 16, and at least one parent or guardian to attend all assessment and treatment sessions; 2) Those with a principal diagnosis of depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, and/or obsessive-compulsive disorders, including major depressive disorder, persistent depressive disorder, unspecified depressive disorder, separation anxiety disorder, specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, agoraphobia, generalized anxiety disorder, unspecified anxiety disorder, and/or obsessive-compulsive disorder based on DSM-5; and with CGI-S = 3 at pre-treatment; 3) Those who were medication naïve or those with stable medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with schizophrenia, current mania episodes of bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorders, mental retardation, and substance abuse; 2) Patients with serious suicidal ideation at pre-treatment; 3) Patients with unstable physical conditions or emotional disorders caused by body/substance use; 4) Patients who have received CBT at pre-treatment.
