Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for stroke ( signs and symptoms, imaging indicators, etc. ) ; Diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage based on ' Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage 2019 ' : 1Acute onset ; 2Symptoms of focal neurological deficits ( a few were comprehensive neurological deficits ), often accompanied by headache, vomiting, elevated blood pressure and varying degrees of disturbance of consciousness ; (3) Head CT or MRI showed hemorrhage ; 4 excluding non-vascular brain etiology ; diagnosis of ischemic stroke based on ' Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China 2018 ': 1 Acute onset ; 2 Focal neurological deficits (weakness or numbness of one side of the face or limbs, language disorders, etc.), and a few were comprehensive neurological deficits ; 3 Responsible lesions or symptoms and signs appeared in imaging for more than 24 h ; 4 excluding non-vascular causes ; 5 brain CT / MRI exclusion of cerebral hemorrhage ; (2) Age 18-75 years old, first onset, duration of 1-6 months after stroke ; (3) Patients with lower limb modified Ashworth grade = III ; (4) Standing balance level 2 ; (5) capable of walking independently at least 15 metres under assistive devices ; (6) being able to understand and follow the instructions ; (7) No skull defect, no obvious brain edema, and no obvious brain atrophy ; (8) Stable condition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) With severe cognitive impairment, speech disorders, unable to cooperate with the training ; (2) Blind persons with visual impairment ; (3) Patients with vestibular dysfunction such as vertigo and tinnitus ; (4) Patients with severe osteoarthropathy and severe cardiopulmonary disease who cannot be trained ; (5) Patients with deterioration.
