Group 1:patients of post-traumatic stress disorder

Group 2:Subjects who did not develop PTSD after stress exposure

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 8 to 60 years old; 2. Patients with PTSD identified by a professional psychologist. 3. The first PTSD attack and did not receive any treatment;4. Patients without craniocerebral diseases who have regular MRI scan;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intellectual abnormality, mental history or epilepsy history; 2. There was drug, alcohol or long-term history of drugs affecting the nervous system; 3. Patients with contraindications of MRI. 4. The image meet the post-processing requirements.
