Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We included RA patients (ages>=20 years) from The Health Improvement Network (THIN) in the UK.The THIN is a UK primary care electronic database that has anonymised health data on approximately 10 million patients who were systematically followed in 558 primary care practices starting in 1986.
