Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=18; (2) Patients meet the criteria for difficult weaning; (3) Patients were able to independently move before admission (BI score >=70); (4) The patient is conscious and can cooperate with the medical staff; (5) Informed consent of patients and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Respiratory system: patients with high-frequency oscillation ventilation (HFOV) and prone ventilation; (2) Orthopaedic system: unstable fractures; (3) Nervous system: rapidly developing neuromuscular diseases, cervical spinal cord injury, severe brain injury; (4) cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system: hypertensive emergencies and acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases requiring intravenous antihypertensive drugs control; (5) Others: severe open wounds in the chest/sternum or abdomen, confirmed uncontrolled active bleeding, large area burns, arteriovenous thrombosis of lower limbs during CRRT treatment.
