Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.In accordance with the RA classification criteria of the 1987 ACR or the 2010 ACR/EULAR; 3.Positive tuberculosis test of gamma-interferon release assay (IGRA); 4.Indication for non-TNF-targeted therapy (IL-6 monoclonal antibody, CD20 monoclonal antibody, CTLA-4 fusion protein, JAK inhibitor) and plan to use continuously for more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women, or those who prepare for pregnancy within 2 years; 2.Confirmed active or inactive tuberculosis; 3.Considered by the investigator to be unsuitable for non-TNF-targeted therapy.
