Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women who plan to do pregnancy check-ups from the beginning of the first or second trimester until the delivery in the Obstetric Department of Shanxi Bethune Hospital; (2) Pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism or euthyroidism; (3) 18<= maternal age <=40 years of age; (4) Singleton and natural conception; (5) Pregnant women with informed consent and good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Gestational age =42 weeks (2) Adverse pregnancy outcomes including ectopic pregnancy,embryo arrest,abortion,induced labor and stillbirth (3) Newborn with moderate and severe asphyxia,hereditary and metabolic diseases and severe congenital malformation (4) Poor compliance or participants ask for withdrawal from the research
