Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA II ~ IV; age >=18; BMI < 30kg/m2; elective cardiac surgery; NYHA II - IV; signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) aortic dissection; (2) postoperative death; (3) severe renal disease, severe obesity, and severe anemia; (4) participated in other clinical trials.
