18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old; 2. Body mass index (BMI) >= 27.5kg/m2; 3. Patients clinically diagnosed as T2DM; 4. Patients clinically diagnosed with periodontitis; 5. Have not received periodontitis treatment in the past six months; 6. At least 16 remaining teeth; 7.Consent to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Have a history of radiation therapy for the head and neck; 4. Long-term use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, corticosteroids, tetracyclines, bisphosphates or other drugs that affect bone regeneration; 5. Teeth are obviously crowded, ectopic, twisted; 6. Have acute infection of the tooth; 7. Abuse of drugs or alcohol or have poorly controlled mental illness; 8. Poor general condition, difficult to tolerate anesthesia or surgery.
