Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA class I-II; 2. Age in 18-75 years old; 3. Scheduled gastrointestinal tumor surgery under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental disease and brain disease; 2. Contraindication and allergy of test drug; 3. History of drug abuse; 4. Hypertension in grade III; 5. Patients with severe heart, liver and lung diseases; 6. Who refused to participate in the study.
