Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All children with Kawasaki disease meet the diagnostic criteria of Kawasaki disease revised by the American Heart Association in 2017: if the duration of onset (39 ~ 40 ?) is more than 5 days and there are more than 4 of the following 5 clinical manifestations, they can be diagnosed as Kawasaki disease. 1. Changes of limbs: erythema of palms and soles in acute stage, hard edema of hands and feet, membranous peeling of finger (toe) end in recovery stage; 2. Pleomorphic rash; 3. Bilateral conjunctival hyperemia; 4. The lips are congested and chapped, the oral mucosa is diffusely congested, and the tongue papilla is prominent, showing a strawberry tongue; 5. Cervical lymph node enlargement. If the duration of fever (39 ~ 40 ?) is more than 5 days, 4 of the above 5 clinical manifestations are not met, but the results of color Doppler echocardiography show coronary artery dilatation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Febrile diseases such as scarlet fever, drug allergy syndrome, Stevens Johnson syndrome, toxic shock syndrome, adenovirus infection and Epstein Barr (EB) virus infection were excluded
