Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with routine prenatal ultrasound screening during first trimester (over 18 years old); 2. Gestational age ranges from 7 to 13+6 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lost visitors; 2. Unable to cooperate with the completion of the study for any reason; 3. Incomplete data (such as no post-induced labor results or genetic testing results); 4. Those with signs of threatened abortion in early pregnancy.
