18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Diagnosed with OSAHS(AHI >= 5) (2)Obesity(BMI) >=28kg/m^2; (3)No cognitive and communication barriers,and have ability to use the smartphone; (4)Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with combined severe cardiopulmonary disease, malignancy or other serious organ disease; (2)Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment; (3)Patients treated with surgery or mechanical ventilation; (4)Those who participated in other research projects during the research period.
