Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of prostatic hyperplasia, with different degrees of lower urinary tract symptoms; 2. Age>=50; 3. Prostate volume >=20cm3; 4. Maximum urine flow rate<15 mL/s 5. Clinical data were complete, volunteers participated in the study and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with urinary system tumors such as bladder cancer or prostate cancer; 2. Patients with bladder, prostate and other urinary system operation history; 3. Patients with urethral stricture, urinary calculi, neurogenic bladder and other diseases; 4. serious dysfunction of viscera such as heart, liver and kidney;
