Group 1:Full use of budesonide/glycopyrrolate/formoterol (1 week before surgery, until discharge after surgery)
Group 2:budesonide/glycopyrrolate/formoterol was used postoperatively
Group 3:budesonide/glycopyrrolate/formoterol is not used

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-80 years old; 2. Patients with thoracoscopic (VATS) lobectomy or segmentectomy; 3. Sign informed consent before surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other interventional clinical studies within the past 30 days; 2. Confirmed or suspected pulmonary infection; 3. Confirmed or suspected tuberculosis; 4. Patients with wedge resection; 5. Patients with retronasal drip and gastroesophageal reflux; 6. Recent myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmia requiring medical treatment, etc. 7. Confirmed COPD patients; 8. Thoracotomy, blood loss greater than 1000mL, or a second operation 9. The measured value of forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) is less than 1.0L/S or FEV1/ Forced vital capacity (FEV) is less than 60% 10. Not suitable for this study as judged by the researcher.
