18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-65 (upper limit and lower limit included), no gender limitation; 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive or atypical depression in the DSM-5; 3.All patients did not take psychiatric drugs in the last 1 month; 4.The patients themselves and their family members or guardians gave informed consent to the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other psychiatric disorders that meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5: Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Alcohol and Drug Dependence, Phobias, Acute Stress Disorder and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, etc.; 2. Immune and endocrine diseases, brain Vascular disease, tumor, serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases; 3. Infectious diseases; 4. Women in pregnancy and lactation; 5. Have taken psychiatric drugs within the past month; 6. Have taken antibiotics and probiotics within the past month.
