Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 30 patients in coma after cardiac arrest in the Intensive Care Unit of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University (Glass score 8); (2) The duration of mechanical ventilation was longer than 24 hours, and eeg monitoring was required for 24-48 hours; (3) Voluntary participation and signed informed consent, aged 18-80, BMI 18.5-23.9kg /m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious organic diseases such as heart, liver and kidney; (2) A previous history of mental illness; (3) Refusal by the patient's family; (4) Spontaneous breathing, hemodynamic instability, confirmed or suspected intracranial hypertension, refractory shock, pneumothorax; (5) The total length of stay was less than 2 days; (6) Younger than 18 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding; (7) Any contraindications to the use of EIT (pacemaker, automatic implantable cardioverter defibrillator, implantable pump); (8) Mechanical ventilation time less than 24 hours; (9) Glass score >8.
