Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Surgical elderly patients (>=60 years old) requiring double-lumen endotracheal intubation in thoracic Department

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anatomic variation of puncture site; Severe abnormal coagulation function; Known local anaesthetic allergy; High fear and mental abnormalities can not cooperate; Local inflammation, tumor, tracheostomy; Patients with persistent, strong cough and other contraindications to puncture, patients with severe arrhythmia, diabetes.
