Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with hip fractures confirmed by imaging and treated with surgery; (2)Age not less than 65 years old; (3)ASA Classification II - IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with ipsilateral secondary hip fracture surgery; (2) Pathological fractures (eg, tumor metastases to form fractures); (3) Patients receiving blood products during perioperative period; (4) Blood system diseases (such as various hereditary anemias).
