18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA grade I or II; (2) Patients who undergo major saphenous varicose vein exfoliation or planing surgery at an elective stage; (3) Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; (4) BMI 18.5-23.9kg/m2; (5) No contraindications to spinal canal anesthesia; (6) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of hypertension; (2) Bradycardia (heart rate < 55 beats/ min), hypotension patients; (3) Allergic to dexmedetomidine injection and anesthetics; (4) Contraindicated to spinal canal anesthesia; (5) Long-term use of analgesics, sedatives, depressive drugs and adrenaline receptor antagonists and agonists; (6) Cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency; (7) Lower limb movement and hearing impairment
