Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 18 to 40 years old; 2) ASA Grade ?; 3) Planned cesarean section under spinal anesthesia; 4) Single pregnancy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to cooperate or refuse to participate; 2) Contraindications to spinal anesthesia, such as infection of puncture site and coagulation dysfunction; 3) Body temperature >=38? or 10×10^9; 4) Unstable mental disorders; 5) muscle or nervous system diseases; 6) Have a history of drug abuse such as alcohol or ketamine; 7) Known to be allergic to esticketamine, bupivacaine and other drugs; 8) Use of drugs or vasodilators that may alter thermoregulation before surgery; 9) Thyroid disease during pregnancy; 10) Have been diagnosed with pregnancy hypertension, congenital heart disease and other circulatory dysfunction; 11) Massive prenatal bleeding; 12) Gestational age 42 weeks; 13) Body mass index > 35 kg/m2; 14) Abnormal liver and renal function.
