Gold Standard:LTLS (laboratory diagnosis of TLS) and CTLS (clinical diagnosis of TLS) were diagnosed by the presence of>=2 of the following abnormalities within 24 hours within 3 days before or 7 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis consistent with childhood leukemia; diagnosis: December 2008 to December 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The medication time of the first use of hormone drugs (drug name contains: methylprednisolone, prednisone, dexamethasone, excluding eye drugs and ointment type, the medication method does not include nebulization) at the time of hospitalization was used as the baseline time, and the relevant test items were not done in the range of 3 days before and 7 days after the baseline time, and the relevant indexes were not obtained.
