Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All data were collected by PACS system, electronic case system and / or medical record room. The final etiological results were confirmed according to the culture and / or molecular detection results, which met the etiological diagnostic criteria; 2. CT images meet the disease diagnosis requirements of radiologists (quality evaluation and agreement by one attending physician and one senior physician); 3. The CT results were confirmed by two doctors in charge of radiology or above according to the images, and the CT image results were consistent with the etiological results, and an agreement was reached; 4. The clinical data retrieved by the electronic medical record system and / or medical record room are complete, the basic clinical data are entered by the attending physician of the radiology department, and the test indicators are generated and stored by the electronic system. For the data stored only in the medical record room, it is manually entered by the attending physician of the radiology department, and the part manually entered in the basic clinical data and test indicators is rechecked by another attending physician or above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. one chest CT scan < 25 images; 2. CT scan sequence information is lost; 3. CT images with motion artifacts or significantly reduced resolution; 4. Patients with tumor or tuberculosis complicated with melioidosis pneumonia were excluded; 5. Pregnant women or patients who cannot tolerate the examination; 6. If the etiological results of laboratory examination are different from clinical, imaging and / or pathology, the diagnostic opinions should be excluded.
