Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PTCD was performed for the first time, and external drainage, internal and external drainage or stent implantation were successfully completed. Imaging examination, clinical or postoperative pathology confirmed malignant obstructive jaundice. Bile duct dilatation was confirmed. Total bilirubin before PTCD was more than 50U mol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Biliary tract surgery before PTCD (biliary resection or choledochostomy); Combined with more serious heart, liver, kidney, bone marrow and other major organ dysfunction; Incomplete clinical data, serious deficiency, refusal to accept relevant examination, not regular review; Patients with any cause died within 4 weeks after PTCD.
