21 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who will undergo percutaneous nephrolithotomy and have signed informed consent; 2.Patients aged 21-70 years with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III; 3.Patients without contraindication to epidural anesthesia or paravertebral nerve block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refuses surgery or anesthesia; 2.Patients with hypersensitivity to local anesthetics; 3.Hemodynamically unstable patients; 4.Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 5.Patients with tumor or infection at puncture site; 6.Patients with spinal deformity; 7.Patients with central nervous system diseases; 8.Patients with mental illness.
