Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-80 years old with diabetes foot disease requiring surgical toe amputation, with Wagner grade III - IV. 2. Platelet count > 150 x 10^9/L. 3. Albumin level > 30g/L; Hemoglobin > 60g/L; WBC count > 300 x 10^9/L; The whole body condition can tolerate the blood collector. 4. Affected foot ABI>0.5. 5. Sign the informed consent for operation and special treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Platelet count lower than 150 x 10^9/L. 2. Suffering from blood system diseases. 3. Those who use hormones and immunosuppressants. 4. Acute complications associated with diabetes. 5. The patient's physical condition cannot tolerate the operation and anesthesia. 6. Those who cannot cooperate with the treatment or refuse the blood collection by medical staff.
