Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA0.5h, upper abdomen (stomach, liver, gallbladder) laparoscopic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe anemia (Hb<60g/L), OSA, severe COPD (FEV1<30% PRE), asthma, bronchiectasis, preoperative pulmonary infection, respiratory failure, thoracic malformation, postoperative return to ICU, cardiac function III-IV , severe hepatic or renal insufficiency (Child B or C, dialysis), and intraoperative blood loss greater than 30% blood volume
