Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years old; (2) AgI grade>= grade I; (3) The patient or his family members have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Mechanical ventilation >= 72 hours before enrollment; (2) Apache II score >= 25; (3) Absolute contraindications of enteral drugs; (4) Immunosuppressive diseases; (5) Pregnant or lactating patients; (6) Other situations that the researchers believe are not suitable for inclusion.
