Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nursing home residents aged >=60 years; 2. Residing in the nursing home for >6 months; 3. Acting independently; 4. No cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental State Examination score >=20)(Folstein, Folstein, & McHugh, 1975); 5. Able to communicate; 6. No severe disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency or serious illness; 2. Suffer from rheumatism, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy and other diseases that are not suitable for physical activity.
