65 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective gastrointestinal surgery; 2. ASA I - III; 3. Keep spontaneous breathing without sedation and disturbance of consciousness; 4. Elderly patients aged between 65 and 85; 5. BMI 18-24 kg/m2; 6. Preoperative fasting of patients undergoing the time-elective operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart valve disease and cardiac insufficiency; 2. Patients with respiratory diseases such as pleural effusion; 3. Patients with increased intra-abdominal pressure or sclerosis; 4. Ultrasound can not accurately measure or distinguish venous images because of flatulence; 5. Severe peripheral vascular disease; 6. Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent and do not cooperate; 7. Patients whose soft tissue of the thoracoabdominal wall is damaged and infected and cannot be examined by ultrasound; 8. Preoperative use of vasoactive drugs.
