Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of various cerebrovascular diseases adopted by The 4th Conference of Cerebrovascular Disease; 2. First-onset stroke patients; 3. Patients aged 18-75 years; 4. Patients with muscle strength of shoulder and elbow muscles in grade 2-3; 5. The patient had no aphasia, agnosia, apraxia, or other severe advanced brain dysfunction that would hinder participation in the study; 6. Patients who voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score < 21, combined with sensory aphasia or mental disorders and unable to cooperate with treatment and evaluation; 2. Patients with sensory impairment; 3. Patients with skin allergy and/or ulcer in the stimulation area; 4. Patients with abnormal function of the heart, lung, and other important organs; 5. Patients who had previously been treated with peripheral nerve stimulation or blood flow restriction training; 6. Patients with arterial and venous diseases: such as peripheral atherosclerosis, venous thrombosis, etc; 7. Patients unwilling to continue treatment during the study.
