Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients met the diagnostic criteria for stable COPD in the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (GOLD) (2021) guidelines, FEVl/FVC50% after inhaling bronchodilators; 2. The vital signs were stable and the 6min walking test could be completed. 3. The patient is conscious and has basic reading and writing abilities; 4. With informed consent and signed informed consent, volunteers participated in this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute exacerbation of COPD; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and other severe complications; 3. Patients with bronchial asthma, pulmonary bullae, pulmonary hypertension, severe pneumonia, malignant tumor, and other serious pulmonary diseases; 4. Resting-state heart rate > 120 / min, systolic blood pressure >= 180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 100mmHg; 5. Patients with life risks during exercise, such as severe pulmonary hypertension, syncope caused by exercise, unstable angina pectoris, and recent myocardial infarction; 6. Regular sports trainers in recent six months (weekly active exercise time > 10h); 7. Patients with limb dysfunction or severe joint pain; 8. Patients with severe mental disorders and cognitive impairment; 9. Patients who cannot be followed up regularly.
