Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Crohn's disease Based on the comprehensive diagnosis of clinical symptoms, endoscopic features, radiological findings, and histological features, and received surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 18 years old or above 70 years old; 2. Suffering from anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder before the diagnosis of Crohn's disease; 3. Suffering from neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Huntington's disease, and Parkinson's disease; 4. Suffering from rheumatic immune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus and compulsory spondylitis; 5. Suffering from other gastrointestinal diseases such as acute gastroenteritis 4 weeks before sample collection; 6. Probiotics and probiotics were taken 4 weeks before sample collection; 7. There was a history of oral antibiotics 4 weeks before sample collection.
