Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Moyamoya Disease: DSA or MRI examination conforms to the Diagnosis and Treatment of Moyamoya Disease (Guidelines for Moyamoya Disease, NeurolMed Chir (Tokyo) 245-266, 2012), characterized by unexplained stenosis or occlusion of the distal parts of one or both internal carotid arteries, anterior cerebral arteries, and/or initial parts of middle cerebral arteries, accompanied by dilation of the perforating arteries at the bottom of the brain or of capillaries at the surface of the brain, i.e., the formation of smokelike vessels; 2. Signed informed consent (ICF); 3. Older than 18 and younger than 55 years old; 4. The education level of the patients has reached primary school or above (education years >= 6).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with immune system diseases resulting in vascular lesions; 2. Patients who cannot receive revascularization surgery; 3. There are other neuropsychiatric diseases that affect cognitive function (such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, depression, anxiety, cerebral hemorrhage, hydrocephalus, craniocerebral trauma, etc.); 4. Patients with contraindications to MRI examination (patients with cardiac pacemaker, nerve stimulator, artificial metal heart valve and other metal foreign bodies, etc.) or unable to complete image collection.
