Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Older adults between 50 and 80 years of age, including diabetic patients and healthy controls.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any patient with acute ocular inflammation; 2. Complicated with serious diseases of heart, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, endocrine and immune system and hematopoietic system; 3. With abnormal lacrimal gland function, such as congenital congenital alacrima, lacrimal duct obstruction and acute and chronic dacryocystitis; 4. With cataract, glaucoma, ocular trauma, chemical injury of conjunctiva and other ocular diseases; 5. Women of childbearing age who are pregnant, breast-feeding or planning pregnancy; 6. Participated in another drug or device study within the last 30 days; 7. Taking antibiotics, immunosuppressants, or using antibiotics or hormone eye drops; 8. People who have used or are using contact lenses in the past 2 weeks; 9. Ocular surgery in the last 3 months; 10. Other circumstances that the researcher considers inappropriate for participating in the study.
