Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-80 years old, male or female; 2. The included event was spontaneous parenchymal hemorrhage, and no progressive aggravation was observed within 24 hours of onset, including supratentorial and subatentorial; 3. Agree to participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Simple ventricular hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and brainstem hemorrhage; 2. Massive intracerebral hemorrhage and cerebral hernia requiring craniotomy; 3. The patient has uncontrollable hypertension (systolic blood pressure is greater than 180mmhg or diastolic blood pressure is greater than 110mmhg after drug treatment; 4. Known history of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma (forced expiratory vital capacity less than 1.0L or oxygen dependent); 5. New York Heart Association grade III heart failure; 6. Coma (GCS = 2; 8. Participating in other clinical research.
