45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 70 patients under general anesthesia for elective non-cardiac surgery were selected; 2. ASA grade I or II, age over 45 years, operation time over 1 hours; 3. Patients with at least primary school education.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe respiratory diseases: asthma, pulmonary bullae, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.; 2. Complicated with serious cardiovascular diseases: congenital heart disease, coronary heart disease, moderate to severe hypertension, etc.; 3. Serious complications occurred during the operation, such as massive bleeding and anaphylactic shock.
