Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing nasopharyngeal surgery or biopsy had tumors located in the nasopharynx, which were pathologically confirmed as malignant; 2. Patients who read the informed consent (approved by the hospital ethics Committee), voluntarily participate in the project and sign their names.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of nasopharyngeal surgery; 2. Patients with a previous history of nasopharyngeal radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. Patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal malignant tumors after treatment; 4. Pregnant women or children.
