18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years, male or female; 2. At least once failure of Hp eradication; 3. Gastroscopy diagnosis of chronic gastritis, with or without gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer healed; 4. The rapid urease test, the urea breath test, and anti-H.pylori culture was positive; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PPI, antibiotics, H2 receptor antagonists, bismuth agents, probiotics, potassium competitive acid blockers, and other drugs were used within four weeks before treatment; 2. Patients with allergies to the drugs used in this study; 3. Patients with previous gastric and esophageal surgery; 4. Serious concomitant diseases: heart, lung, liver, kidney, metabolic disease, mental illness, or malignant tumors; 5. Pregnant or lactating women, patients who had a birth plan during the study period; 6. Previous undergone dual therapy to cure Hp; 7. Culture negative.
