Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From January 1, 2002 to January 1, 2022, children aged 0-18 who underwent cardiopulmonary bypass were registered in the inpatient or outpatient system of the children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University. The main diagnosis was aortic arch disconnection / aortic arch narrowing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other complex malformations, such as transposition of great arteries.
