Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. There was more than one history of unilateral ankle varus sprain (accompanied by inflammation such as redness, swelling, heat and pain, which had a certain impact on daily life), and the last sprain happened at least 4 weeks ago; 2. There was more than one subjective ankle instability or uncontrolled ankle varus in the last six months, but no ankle sprain occurred; 3. CAIT score <=24; 4. No obvious structural instability was found in front drawer test and talus tilt test; 5. Volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of ankle fracture or operation; 2. Both ankle joints suffered severe sprains at the same time, such as muscle, tendon, ligament, and other soft tissue serious or complete fracture; 3. With other neuromuscular diseases that may affect balance and postural control; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Have received rehabilitation treatment within 6 months; 6. Patients with mental illness or severe illness cannot be treated.
