60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community elderly criteria: elderly living in the community, aged >= 60 years; 2. Ability to walk independently; 3. Conscious, with the ability to express themselves verbally or read, and able to communicate with the trainer; 4. Knowledgeable consent to the intervention content, and willingness to cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-resident population; 2. Suffering from serious acute and chronic diseases and infectious diseases, such as severe heart failure, kidney failure, lung disease, liver disease, malignant tumors, etc.; 3. Have participated in other exercise programs, have chronic diseases that are not in a stable stage, have taken medications that affect balance and mental status, and have been diagnosed with stroke, psychosis, epilepsy, vertigo, or extrapyramidal disease.
