Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients proposed to undergo Stanford type A dissection total arch replacement; 2. Platelet separation was performed before the operation; 3. Unlimited gender; 4. Age 23-64; 5. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is classified as grade I - IV; 6. All patients have been diagnosed as Stanford type A aortic dissection by preoperative aortography.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. It is difficult to maintain stable hemodynamics during autologous platelet separation; 2. Complicated with coagulation dysfunction (use of anticoagulant drugs within 7 days, etc.); 3. Complicated with hematological diseases or using anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs within 1 week before the operation; 4. The onset of dissection was more than 2 weeks; 5. Preoperative platelet count was less than 100*10^9 /L; 6. Hemoglobin count is less than 100g/L; 7. HCT<35%; 8. There are other situations that cannot complete this study.
